PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the terms of payment are:a Payment 1/2 up front   1/2 upon completion no later than 10 days following date of invoice (payment may be made by cash , credit or debit ).b Where the purchase price is not paid in full on the due date, Builder reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at 1.8% per calendar day If the terms of payment are not strictly adhered to, Builder Limited reserves the right to: i Suspend deliveries of further goods.ii Request payment before supplying further goods/services. d Freight is payable by the Customer.e The Customer shall pay Builder all Goods and Services Tax on the goods/services supplied.f The Customer shall be liable for all fees or expenses incurred by Builder in collecting or attempting to collect any money owed by the Customer.All sales are Final any item not paid within 90 day of completion become property of the Builder
